PROFESSIONAL WEBSITES FOR CONTRACTORS & HOME SERVICE BUSINESSES

You do great work. Your website should show it. We build professional websites that help contractors showcase their services, build trust, and make it easier for potential customers to request estimates.

Based in Bloomington, Minnesota. Working with businesses across the Twin Cities and nationwide.

SHOW THEM WHAT YOU CAN DO.

A referral may introduce your name. Your website helps a homeowner decide whether to call. Show the work you take on, explain how an estimate works, and answer the questions that otherwise turn into back-and-forth messages.

Project photos with context

Show your actual work. Add a short description of the job, the service provided, and location only when you have permission. Before-and-after pairs can explain a project better than a generic stock image.

Services people recognize

Give distinct jobs their own descriptions. A homeowner looking for a repair should not have to guess whether you only accept full remodels.

Trust you can stand behind

Use genuine reviews with permission and appropriate attribution. We can include a review source or agreed integration when available; we never fill gaps with invented testimonials.

BETTER QUESTIONS. MORE USEFUL INQUIRIES.

What a useful estimate request can ask

  • What kind of work do you need?
  • Where is the property?
  • What would you like us to know about the job?
  • When are you hoping to get started?
  • How should we contact you?

Designed for your workflow

Keep the first request short enough to complete on a phone. Agree on any photo uploads, appointment booking, and follow-up before we build them.

A form starts the conversation; it should not promise an instant quote or availability your team has not confirmed.

CLEAR ON EVERY SCREEN.

Mobile-friendly layouts

Readable service information, easy phone links, and comfortable buttons help people reach you while they are away from a desktop.

Your real service area

State the towns or area you actually cover, along with any job-size or travel limits that matter. We do not create fictional offices.

A useful project gallery

Organize photos by service or project type. Optimized images keep the page practical to browse without sacrificing the quality of your work.

A clear place for every service

Landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, remodeling, and cleaning businesses have different questions to answer. We shape the content around your customers.

SEE THE POSSIBILITIES.

These are design demonstrations, not client results. They show two different ways a home-service business could present its work.

YOUR BUSINESS. OUR NEXT PROJECT.

01 / We Talk

Tell David what you do, who you want to reach, and what is frustrating about your current website. We agree on the scope and quote before work starts.

02 / We Build

We organize your services, photos, and next steps into a site that feels like your business. You review the design and content with us.

03 / We Launch

We check the pages, mobile layout, and inquiry path before launch. Hosting and care keep the site supported afterward.

Start with a clear, professional Free Up Launch website, or explore Signature for custom storytelling and interaction. We’ll help you choose a scope that fits.

LET’S MAKE IT SIMPLE.

Can you work with the website I already have?

We can review your current website and plan a redesign around the services and work you want to showcase. We discuss existing content, domain access, and important URLs before the move.

What if I do not have many project photos?

We can help you plan which real photos would be most useful: completed work, details, and your team where appropriate. We will not present stock photos or design examples as jobs your business completed.

Can people request an estimate from their phone?

Yes. We design contact and quote-request paths for smaller screens. The fields and any extra functionality are agreed around the information your team needs.

Can you add my reviews?

When you have genuine reviews and a permitted way to display them, we can agree on a review section or integration. We need the actual source and any necessary permissions.

How much does a contractor website cost?

Launch starts at $997 and Signature starts at $2,497 for the build, plus the separate $97/month Growth Platform. Scope, optional services, integrations, and applicable usage costs are confirmed in your proposal. Review pricing.

Do I need to be in Minnesota?

No. Free Up is based in Bloomington and works with contractors and service businesses nationwide. Learn about our Bloomington home base.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR WEBSITE.

A new business, an outdated site, or a better way to show your work. Tell us where you are now, and we’ll help you find the right next step.
